I made an online order at 2 o'clock in the afternoon and after an hour and half it still has not arrived, the worse part is that I call to the place to ask for my order and the person that talks to me does not understand what I was saying, they have a horrible service.

So, after being suggested by a local Hotel we decided to try. Unfortunately, it was not a great, good, or in any way a worthwhile experience. I asked if the Spring rolls were "fresh rolls, not fried....and i got a "yes'....yet they were ...?

The person that answered the phone could not understand what I was asking. I asked if there was someone there that could understand English.. she said yes and stayed on the phone. I asked again "Is there a website?" She finally said no. I think it is very important to be able to communicate while on the phone and why isnt there a website? That makes no sense in today's time. I wanted to order before leaving work- swing by and pick it up. Now I have to go home to get the menu. No Hong Kong tonight.?
